Getting Your Data Back - Safely and Securely

Smartphones and tablets do far more than store contacts or take pictures – they function as essential tools for work, communication, banking, and access to cloud-based platforms. When a mobile device becomes inaccessible, every moment matters. Our service is built to recover data reliably, quickly, and without risking further damage to the device.

Common Causes of Mobile Data Loss

Mobile data loss can result from various scenarios:

  • Physical damage: water exposure, impact, or overheating can leave devices unresponsive.

  • Software failure: failed OS updates, firmware corruption, or malicious apps may render data unreadable.

  • User mistakes: unintentional deletion, factory resets, or misconfigured syncs can cause complete loss of files.

  • Access issues: forgotten passcodes, Face ID lockouts, or device encryption.

We work with both iOS and Android platforms, including newer models with advanced security layers. Our team is familiar with file systems like APFS, EXT4, F2FS, and others used across mobile hardware.

How Recovery Works

The process begins with a diagnostic assessment, where we evaluate whether the issue is physical, logical, or both. If hardware repair is needed, we perform work under anti-static conditions using micro soldering or direct chip access tools. For software-related issues, we apply forensic-grade techniques to safely extract files, preserving their original structure and metadata.

Each case is handled manually by certified technicians with equipment specifically designed for mobile data access.

Data Protection Comes First

Mobile devices hold sensitive personal and corporate information. We adhere to strict data handling protocols – no information is shared, stored, or uploaded externally. All recovered data is encrypted during transfer and provided only to verified device owners.

What You Can Expect

Our goal is to restore access with minimal downtime and no risk to your device or data. Whether it’s photos, messages, documents, app data, or backups you need retrieved – we approach every recovery with precision, care, and complete confidentiality.

Step 1: Getting in Touch

If you’ve lost data or your device is acting strange, the first thing to do is reach out. Our team is here to help 24/7. We’ll ask a few questions to understand what happened and let you know if recovery is possible.

Step 2: Sending Us Your Device

We’ll explain how to safely pack and ship your device to us. As soon as we receive it – whether it’s a hard drive, SSD, USB, RAID, or memory card – we’ll run tests to find out what went wrong. This might be physical damage, file system errors, or a virus like ransomware.

Step 3: Recovery Plan and Your OK

Once we know what’s going on, we’ll send you a summary that includes what data we expect to recover, how long it’ll take, and the cost. We only move forward if you give the go-ahead. And remember – if we can’t recover your data, you don’t pay.

Step 4: Recovering Your Files

Our engineers use pro-grade tools (and cleanrooms when needed) to recover your files safely. Whether it’s rebuilding a RAID, fixing firmware, or recovering deleted files – we’ll do what’s needed to bring your data back without risk.

After recovery, you’ll get a full list of the files we recovered. Once you confirm everything looks good, we’ll send the data back on an external drive, through the cloud, or whatever works best for you. We can also return your original device.

Step 6: Help After Recovery

We’ll walk you through what we recovered and offer tips to avoid future problems. Need help setting up backups or keeping your files safe? We’ve got you. Our support doesn’t end when the recovery does.

Mobile Device Data Recovery: FAQ

We recover photos, videos, documents, contacts, correspondence, notes, voice messages, app data and more. It all depends on the specific model and condition of the device - but even with severe failures, we can recover most user information.

Yes. We can recover data from devices that won't turn on at all, freeze on startup, or have suffered severe damage - from water, overheating, to being partially burned. Even if the screen doesn't work or the device is physically deformed, we can access the internal memory directly, bypassing the operating system. The main thing is not to try to turn on such a device yourself to avoid aggravating the damage.

If the data on your device is encrypted or access to it is restricted, yes - we will ask for an unlock code or account password. Without this, it will be impossible to recover some of the information. All data received is confidential and is used strictly within the technical process.

If you didn't have any physical damage and just deleted a couple of photos - maybe. But in any other case, such apps can only make things worse. We don't recommend trying to “pull” data yourself, especially from encrypted devices. It's much safer to bring the device in right away - and do it right the first time.

Use the form or contact us directly – we are available 24/7 for urgent recovery.
